Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM)

Innovation Challenge and Youth Leadership Lab – Turkana and Garissa Counties

The Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) provides a confidential and accessible channel for receiving, assessing and resolving complaints, concerns and feedback related to the ILO-E4Impact Youth Leadership Lab. The mechanism applies across outreach, application, selection, pitching, Bootcamp participation, Youth Leadership Lab delivery, grant administration, safeguarding, inclusion, labour rights, reporting and close-out.

Applicants, shortlisted organisations, selected organisations, youth participants, mentors, county stakeholders, partner institutions, community actors and any person affected by programme activities may use this form. Complaints will be handled confidentially and without retaliation.

Upon receipt, E4Impact will register the complaint, assess the issue, review the available information and recommend appropriate action. Information provided through this form will be used only for complaint handling, follow-up, reporting and resolution.
